In the afternoon on 15th in August, we were invited by The Smile Love Student Foundation to student grand ceremony in Chaoan,Shantou as usual, more than one hundred and ninety students from Guangdong Chaoshan, are funded by one million and forty thousand yuan.
According to statistics, approximately more than three hundred students in Chaoshan who are admitted to the good university but can not pay tuition fees. The Smile Love Student Foundation accept the application from those eligible students, and they audited and certify them as being true and fair by visiting their families or schools. One sponsored student said, The Smile Love Student Foundation helped him a lot. He went to college two years ago and still was funding by The Smile Love Student Foundation, by the way, this is the third year. Firstly, it helps a lot while his family without extra money for him to go to university, the support from donation he could pay the tuition and rent. Secondly, that relieved his parents’ money worries and made life less difficult.In the end, he said that he could finish his study in the college in the future and he hoped to make contribution to community.
